PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical products, including books and other merchandise, are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping times vary based on destination, carrier availability, and seasonal demand.

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information when available.

Victor Cannon is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products, including downloadable resources, workbooks, templates, courses, certifications, and educational materials, are generally delivered immediately upon successful payment unless otherwise specified.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to their account.

COURSES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND MEMBERSHIPS

Access to online courses, certifications, memberships, and related digital services is typically granted immediately or within one business day following successful registration and payment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.
