4. PROHIBITED USES
You may not:

8. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, AND PAYMENT PLANS
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a Company-approved payment plan is offered.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided.

Customers agree to contact Victor Cannon before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

• Attendance records
• Certification records
The Company may suspend access, revoke certificates, terminate accounts, and deny future purchases during fraud investigations or chargeback disputes.
Initiating a chargeback after receiving access to digital products or services may be considered fraudulent activity.
10. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
The Website may utilize third-party providers including Shopify, Klaviyo, Tevello, Stripe, PayPal, Shop Pay, Calendly, analytics providers, and future service providers.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
Before initiating arbitration, the parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation.
If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Wyoming.
The parties waive any right to a jury trial.
All claims must be brought individually.
Class actions, collective actions, and representative actions are expressly waived.
13. FUTURE PRODUCTS, MODIFICATIONS, AND GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Agreement applies to future Victor Cannon products, memberships, communities, certifications, software tools, mobile applications, and educational offerings unless otherwise stated.
The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of modifications.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning Website use and supersedes prior understandings regarding its subject matter.
Electronic acceptance shall have the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.
